Never disclose your PIN or personal details to anybody. You can rest assured that Evolution Banking and Secure Trust Bank will never divulge this information.

Protection against theft and fraud

	Memorise your PIN and destroy any notification letters
	Never let anybody else know your PIN
	Tell us if you think somebody has your security information
	Dispose of all card receipts carefully - shred or rip up
	Never give your bank details unless you know who you're talking to
	Always shield you number when entering your PIN
	Never respond to a request for security details by phone or online
	Ensure your computer has anti-virus and firewall protection
	Be particularly vigilant doing transactions in internet cafes/public places

Changing your PIN

You can change your PIN at any ATM by inserting your card and entering the alloted, or existing PIN. Follow the on screen instructions to change the PIN to a number of your choice. Keep this safe at all times.

If your card is lost or stolen

Tlephone us immediately on 08451 117 123 and we'll advise you what you need to do.
